Would you bring in a table instead of a chair?
Absolutely!

Why in the workplace?
When people feel better, they work better, Ahhh Better!

How long are the sessions?
Sessions are anywhere from10-30 minutes.

What areas of the body does a seated massage cover?
Generally the back, neck, should, arms and hands.

Do I have to remove my clothing?
No. In all sessions participants are fully clothed.

Is it rude to talk during a session?
Absolutely not. It is very important to communicate with your therapist to insure proper pressure and or areas of specific tension to be addressed longer.

Won’t I be tired after my session?
On the contrary, after a few minutes of getting your bearings back and a nice glass of water, you’ll feel a sense of presence and balance.

Do I have to leave a tip?
Tips are never expected, but graciously accepted. If you’d like to leave a tip, 15-20% is common.

Do you work on pregnant women?
Yes, however please let the therapist know to insure comfort and safety.

Are the massage therapists certified?
Yes. Every Ahhh Massage Therapist is a CMT (Certified Massage Therapist) with a minimum of 2 years experience.

What geographical areas do you cover?
Ahhh Massage covers all of Northern California, Southern California and Phoenix AZ.
